As a reminder, if you are interested in running for a position on the Sounders Community Trust Board, remember to submit your information prior to 11:59 PM PT on July 7. - From June 23rd to July 7th, 11:59PM PT, individuals who wish to run for a position shall submit their intent to run for an office to SCT via firstname.lastname@example.org. The individual shall identify his or her name, the office for which he or she intends to run, and a maximum of a one hundred word statement regarding the candidate’s qualifications and desire to serve. A candidate may only run for one office. You can only nominate yourself, not other people. All nominations must be a member of the Sounders Community Trust. As soon as practicable after July 7th, SCT shall publish a list of qualified candidates on the SCT website at www.sounderscommunitytrust.org/2016elections. Candidates are invited to prepare a short speech at the Annual General Meeting on July 10th, if they wish.
